It's true that the drivers are only really useful in conjunction with
a MS product - but then again, they let Linux as a guest OS compete on
the same level as their proprietary stuff. This is quite a price for
MS to pay really, there was a time they would be perfectly happy with
their technology blocking the use of Linux.

Compare Apple with their iTunes update that deliberately locks out
Palm Pre users... MS are looking a bit less evil lately!
