[Nottingham] Datawind Pocket Surfer 3

Haven't had my hands on the 3 yet, I had a go at the 1 a while ago, and 
found it lacking (I was looking for a pocket PC in the same vein as the 
Psion 3a!). The 3 uses an (customised?) ARM kernel and custom built 
shell. From the looks of it, it's more like the Motorola V. SMStextphone 
with a colour screen...
