[Nottingham] Problems downloading

Hello

I'm trying to download some files

i) OpenOffice's database using the 'Ubuntu Software Centre' where I get the following error messages

Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openjdk-6/openjdk-6-jre-lib_6b20-1.9.7-0ubuntu1~10.04.1_all.deb 404  Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.167 80]
Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openjdk-6/openjdk-6-jre-headless_6b20-1.9.7-0ubuntu1~10.04.1_i386.deb 404  Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.167 80]
Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openjdk-6/openjdk-6-jre_6b20-1.9.7-0ubuntu1~10.04.1_i386.deb 404  Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.167 80]
Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openjdk-6/icedtea-6-jre-cacao_6b20-1.9.7-0ubuntu1~10.04.1_i386.deb 404  Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.167 80]


and also ii) Ubuntu updates using the Update Manager where I get the following error messages:

  404  Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/s/sysvinit/initscripts_2.87dsf-4ubuntu17.3_i386.deb
  404  Not Found


W: Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/multiverse/f/flashplugin-nonfree/flashplugin-installer_10.3.181.14ubuntu0.10.04.1_i386.deb
  404  Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.167 80]


Can anyone advise me on what is happening and what to do, please?
