[Nottingham] Android repeat/reminder notifications

Folks,

On Android 2.2.1, how do you set or get it to repeatedly make a sound
every few minutes to remind you that there is a missed call or a txt?

The nearest I've found so far is:

Also, how do you get the LED to still flash a notification warning
even when it is lit solid during charging?!
