Hi,

While we're listing vendors...

Ebuyer sometimes sell laptops without an OS. If you visit their site
you can search and narrow by 'OS: none'. There are two types listed,
'extra value' which is their unbranded choice and 'ex display' which
is without OS as it's technically second user (I think).

The usual caveat with windows-free devices applies; that you might
find something better value or better quality with windows included -
also check the reviews for linux unfriendly graphics chips / wireless
etc.
