I'm fairly sure it's possible, but why in the world would you want to?

Most phones have adequate ways of entering text, with or without
keyboard. They are usually pocketable unlike keyboards (even small
ones)... short of wearing some kind of hacker trenchcoat of course. If
I had room for a mini keyboard, I'd probably have room for my netbook
and would use that instead...
