	CCleaner (aka CrapCleaner) http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
		Good for pruning the registry, cleaning up cache files, controlling
service start-up, nuking cookies and a bunch of other house-keeping
tasks.  Piriform do some other rather handy tools too.

	PageDefrag http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897426.aspx
		Defrags the page file on next boot

	General Defragging http://mydefrag.com/
