Now I'm stumped!

In Thunderbird, there's various options /about/ the quoting, but nothing
for the quote header itself...

I have seen elsewhere where you can select for example "name + email" or
just one or the other, but perhaps not in Thunderbird?

Or... Is there some command cleverness obscured somewhere to select that?


Whatever, /usually/, the quoting I see is just with whatever email
"name" and not the address... As seen above.
