Lightning taken out the local mobile phone mast? Or at least the power
for it?


Another good reminder of how fragile are our networks that we take for
granted...

Roll on fibre-optics and micro-cells rather than all this exposed, slow,
vulnerable long lengths of centuries old wire stuff!

(Also, at least the scrappers haven't got any gain for stealing the
fibre either... :-/ )
