OK... So I had to resort to the time-honoured method of
look-at-every-menu-item to find for Thunderbird:

View -> Message Body As ->

And no options there had been selected. Selecting "Original HTML" gets
the html mail to be displayed oncemore.


So why would Enigmail muck that up?!
