Another "nice little legal dodge" that Microsoft have used to great
effect is to procrastinate the legal process for many years at a time so
that the original infraction becomes ancient history...

A good example of that is the demise of Netscape, yet procrastinations
stretched out for over a decade before Microsoft was fined...

Agreed... And that is just one small part, but an important part.

Perhaps more quietly, there are also the disturbing antics of Apple and
Google...


It's all our freedoms...
