No subject

the drop-down on the left next to Other Calendars and select "Add by URL".
You should then be able to feed it your webcal URL. I know Calendar allows
for some different layouts, and I'm not certain mine's the default. If you
don't see that arrow, click the cog in the top-right then go to Settings.
Go to the Calendars tab. Click "Browse interesting calendars" on the right,
then "Add by URL", again on the right.

You may need to configure your Calendar app on your phone to add the
additional calendar into the sync.
I might be wrong, but this may only give you a read-only view of the
calendar - not sure what your use-case is - this may be enough.
