[Nottingham] HPLIP 3.13.6 -> 3.13.7

Anyone else seeing this upgrade just hang?

Normally the upgrade is a manual process (download, compile, install)
and fairly simple.
HP seem to have tried to automate it in 3.13.6 which is probably good
idea for non-techy users...but it looks like they fluffed it.
I just get a blank terminal and then nada.  I have to forcibly terminate it.

Don't see any errors getting logged anywhere.
