It has now changed the maximum view limit to 9,223,372,036,854,775,808,
or more than nine quintillion...

So how many here on the list are conscientious enough (or have time
enough!) to code for their counters to hit "MAXINT" /gracefully/ ?


There are various counters in the kernel that simply wrap-round to
zero... All to historical ambivalence although sometimes to repeated
controversy.

Or should we develop a new programming language that has no such
arithmetic limits?...


( Just the usual silly vid but at least there's no cats! :-P )
