It looks like the you have version mismatches for those packages. I can
see the same thing in my Ubuntu repo (I'm running Kubuntu 13.10 64bit).
Strange thing is, I don't seem to have those i386 packages even though I
do have libasound2:i386 installed (probably for some game or other).

Are you using whatever the Debian equivalent of a PPA is? Maybe that's
leading to dependency hell.
Or maybe, as it's Testing, there's a goof with the package management?
