Got any more information the NHS patient data sell-off?

For those who are not aware (I wasn't) the NHS will be selling your
private medical information. They claim it has been "anonymised" but it
seems they will release enough metadata for de-anonymising to be trivial
for anyone with a consumer database or similar.
