[Nottingham] Kernel 3.13

Linux 3.13 was released yesterday:

It seems to contain a lot of interesting new stuff. I wont repeat it
all here as it's presented quite well at the page linked to above.
I suspect it wont be too long before it becomes available in the
public repos on my distro of choice (Debian Jessie)
