In the world of social media I "like" this comment made me smile :D. Educating people on using a computer really does need to be faced the problem won't just go away you have just as many 7 year old technophobes as you do oap's afraid of the machine

The problem is there is so *much* "the public" need to be educated on.
How do you explain changing the router admin password to someone who
doesn't know what a browser is and thinks Google is the Internet?

Either way, the SuperHub is a singularly dreadful piece of equipment.
Netgear should be ashamed.
