Going DDG https://duckduckgo.com/
- quacked:
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/book-lite/
http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/04/04/how-to-turn-your-blog-into-a-book/
http://thewptheme.com/free-theme/book-wordpress-theme.xhtml
And you could always try searching for what look you want on:
https://wordpress.com/themes/
You can run WordPress using postgres. Works well here.
Or you looking for a static pages blog that runs sans-db?
Take a look at:
micropress 0.2.9 - Blog generator for hackers
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/micropress/0.2.9
https://github.com/glushchenko/micropress
Let us know how you go,
Cheers,
Martin
