Mmmmm...

60GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s SSD, 16nm Sync MLC NAND, Read 530MB/s, Write
430MB/s, 32MB Cache £29.60 inc VAT

vs

64GB microDuo USB 2.0 USB Flash £16.67 inc VAT

64GB USB 2.0, Read 25MB/s, Write 8MB/s £18.67 inc VAT

64GB USB 3.0 £17.09 inc VAT

64GB USB 3.0, Read 80MB/s, Write 20MB/s £17.57 inc VAT

?...

And for the RasPi solution... Do USB2 sata adapters exist? (You will
also need to power the SSD directly...)

All a game of numbers and interfaces! ;-)

(For my use case, the cheapie SSD would have been a no-brainer had I had
the time at the time... :-/ )

Cheers,
Martin
