Tricky. I think most of the major distros have now switched. I still
don't think systemd is that bad.
But then I know little of these things.

Gentoo? Linux from Scratch? Maybe Arch, whilst I they've officially gone
systemd it's highly configurable.

Perhaps just go with systemd? What's the worst that could happen?
