[Nottingham] How does hplip get started?

I upgraded my laptop to Kubuntu 15.04 (which uses Plasma 5) and the
changes to the systray/notification area have thrown it for a loop; it
errors saying there's no systray. It's as if it gets run too early in
the log-in process or something.

owncloud had exactly the same problem, but putting "sleep 5 &&" in the
KDE autostart entry resolved that. hplip has no KDE autostart entry.

I've tried grepping .local, .kde etc but can't seem to find what
launches hplip at log-in.

Anyone know any ideas?
