[Nottingham] [Walk] Saturday April 23rd - Pilsbury Castle and the Upper Dove Valley

Starting in Hartington and going past what little remains of Pilsbury
Castle (http://osm.org/go/eu3LXjTU--?layers=C&m=&node=27284793), taking
in views of the limestone ridges of the distant Parkhouse and Chrome
hills, dropping into Dove Valley before ascending once more to take in
views out across Manifold Valley, the Roaches and Hen Cloud. Someone is
making these name up, surely?

Options for food are bring your own, mid-walk in Crowdicote or in
Hartington at the end.

Guessing at a 1000 start to accommodate for travellers and allowing 4
hours for the walk, hour there, hour back. Hour or so for scran; so 7
hours all-in. Should all be home by 1700-1800 depending on what
distracts us and how long we masticate for.

Bring sturdy boots, decent socks, waterproofs, snacks etc. Bad weather
will halt the walk, a wee bit of rain/wind won't.
