Calculate the energy/fat quotient and then work through a measured
burn-off during (dog) walkies?

And my excuse is that the trog down from and then back up to Canning
Circus will be more than beneficial enough to offset whatever other
concerns... ;-)

Or... OK... We could go halves! :-P
