Can I put a smiley face instead?

The Electoral Commission says the best way to make sure your vote is
counted is to mark an X in a box. But a smiley face or anything which is
interpreted by a returning officer as an expression of preference "must
not be rejected if the voter's intention is clear"...


Can I take a selfie?

There's nothing in the law that specifically bans taking photos, but the
Electoral Commission strongly discourages any photography...

"Ladbrokes' head of political betting Matthew Shaddick said: “This is
the biggest non-sporting event the bookmaking industry has ever seen
with £100 million expected to be wagered by the time the polling booths
close on Thursday night...”."


That's it then!... At £100 million just for one day, we should let the
Bookies run the treasury! ;-)

(A scary aspect is that the listed odds are literally all over the shop.
