OK, so I got one detail wrong...

The Marble Machine is Finished! 2000 marbles, 3000 parts

That is all without a laser cutter!

Just one minor design fault... The final machine is too big and heavy to
get out of the workshop!!

The end result is programmed by a belt of lego and inspiration.
