[Nottingham] [Not Linux] Minor rant & picking a new provider

I don't really like recommending phone providers, since they all seem
fairly poor in general. However, I have been with Three for about 6
years and they have always been fairly good in terms of coverage and
price. Their customer service is *very* poor. If you can put up with
that, you can request them disable any spending outside of your
contract. If you ever do need to do something outside of your contract,
you can add extra credit to your account.
