The Atlas SoC and DE0-Nano-SoC are identical, the only difference is
the software supplied with them. Terasic made the boards and have
their logo on it.

The DE0-Nano boards aren't the same FPGA, it's a Cyclone IV compared
to the Cyclone V on the DE0-Nano-SoC. The DE0-Nano doesn't have a hard
ARM built into the FPGA either.
