That's the gmail server time on receipt - since it's Google, it would be
Pacific Standard time.

It may be sunny where the server is, but I'm not with it.....

In a few weeks time I'll be in GMT+0800, though, so 16 hours out in Google
time - but a bit too far North to be any warmer than it is here!

Interesting Friday afternoon thought that, based on time zones, California,
China and London are each a third of the world apart....
