Well the hardware MACs were new, so "eth0" become "enps20f0". OK, update
"/etc/network/interfaces" with that...no dice.
I had to drop one of the iface declarations to get it to work.

Inside the VMs the MACs were all the same. One worked, but one decided
to rename "eth0" to "enps3". That confused the hell out of me.

Bizarre, but back working now.
