[Nottingham] ssh and tab autocomplete in BASH

Well that's weird, a grep of the entire filesystem returns nothing for the
spelling mistakes, yet they are still present in autocomplete.

As for known_hosts, the names are all hashed; so I doubt they're coming
from there.
