[Nottingham] stuck in reboot loop

Hi Vadim,
Yes, I have, but it did not fix problem. Have tried minimal install,
checked UEFI settings, but no success as yet. Not sure what is causing it.
Loads ok if booted from memory USB stick, but not sure how to access the
main memory /dev/sda (do we still call it disk drive when it is solid state
and not a rotating disk?)
