[Phpwm] CSV to mysql

We use a class for parsing CSV files downloaded from Ben Vautier  
(classes at vhd.com.au) which I would say is worth looking at. Works very 
solidly - we daily import up to 400 records with 40 pieces of data per 
record and write them into an import table. Happy to pass on code if it 
helps.
