Likewise I have used http://www.lowcostdedi.co.uk/ and they were pretty good
and very friendly.
You get a dedicated p2 400 server with 20GB BW for £10 / month
Or a VPS with 50GB BW also for £10 / month.

If you want something similar but hosted in the UK, I can recommend
CheapVPS from a2b2/VAServ:
Their cheapest package is £4.75+VAT/month, which gets you 128Mb RAM and
5Gb disk space - enough to get a basic web and email server up and
running at least.
