[Phpwm] em steps

Anyone got an idea on this...... I was just trying to get a bit of fixed
text just the right size in a gap.....

What is the minimum browser acceptable incremental step size when specifying
ems for font sizes?

In that if I go from .90em to .89em there doesnt seem to be any further size
changes until I fall below .85em So I'm guessing that .05 and not .01 is the
granularity.

Can't see this documented in any book I've got though.
