[Phpwm] Dedicated servers

Hi,
I'm looking around for a dedicated Linux server to host my ever growing 
network of Websites. At the moment I'm using a VPS hosted in USA, which is 
quite slow.

I'd like it to be running Red Hat, unlimited bandwidth, 40GB will suffice. 
Be able to manage DNS, ad good 24/7 technical support .

Im looking to spend around about £60 p/m.

I'll need a decent Control Panel for administering the server, Im used to 
Plesk, but know that will be expensive.

Any ideas?
