That sounds interesting.

I wouldn't mind some general contract advice on how to have a relatively
generic set of t's and c's (which we already have) but still be covered for
the multitude of curved balls that one gets without a list of caveats as
long as your arm.. For example we think it is scope creep and the client is
refusing to pay because of a heartfelt assumption regarding functionality.
Or what to do when a client refuses to pay because "my site's not in google"
(not that that was ever discussed as part of our remit).

Also what's the contract situation when dealing programming in agile
sprints?

Client pays for 5 days of coding and get some stuff delivered back but
client doesn't thing enough stuff's been done. We've not worked in this way
yet, but it's an area I'm keen to explore.

We could do that ZF / Symfony comparison at some point, maybe pick 5 or 6
topics and do five minutes on each. Magento has made me take notice of the
ZF again so a quick rundown would be useful (to me at least).
