[Phpwm] Possible legal meeting/talk ??

Dear list!,

Following Bronwen's post regarding contracts etc, I thought it might be
useful to invite a lawyer to talk to us about e.g. contract law or
intellectual property.


So, to that end, I've been in touch with Richard Nicholas (some of you
may recognise his name from the OpenAdvantage OpenSource seminar a few
months ago) who seems more than happy to give a talk on contract law /
intellectual property etc.



So... the question now becomes - were he to talk to us, what would
people like to hear about?

I suspect it would be best if this meeting were somewhere near the
middle of Birmingham - and a change of venue is probably overdue anyway.

I've not yet discussed dates with Richard, so I don't know if his talk
could fit into the next 'scheduled' meeting slot. I'm open to other
meeting ideas/suggestions or possibly moving the meeting to match
Richard's schedule.
