I'd normally default to e.g. Zend_Soap; under the assumption that it's
PHP5-only, and (hopefully) learns from the experiences of previous
implementations.

I'll have a rummage into NuSoap, incase it can do some magic with the
stupid WSDL file(s), which would solve the problem.
