[Phpwm] WTF?

Weird!

They're a lot of empty spaces on that site, maybe the makers are
hoping that it will get high up in the search engine rankings then
they'll put lots adverts on it.

The foreach statement can briefly confuse programmers from other
backgrounds when they first start using PHP.
