[Phpwm] soap / xmlrpc / rest - talk proposal?

Hi,

Over the last few months, we've done some development with XmlRpc and 
SOAP (and looked at REST). Would anyone be interested in a short-ish 
talk on these? (e.g. what they are, examples, pitfalls, why one may (or 
may not) be better than the other etc)
