[Phpwm] PHP manual in CHM format with user contributed notes

Hi all,

I am looking for a CHM (Compiled HTML) version of the latest PHP manual.

The last time I looked for this I could only find a version that didn't
include the user contributed notes, and these are usually the most useful
part of the manual!
