Actually I have been looking at this lately as I start a new job soon
and we need to find something, so far I have:

JIRA (www.atlassian.com/software/jira/)
- The best IMHO, I currently use this, its that good the non-techs
have started using it hehe Its also cheap for what it does

Rally (www.rallydev.com/)
- Tried this out seems pretty good for Scrum, plugins into JIRA too

Versionone (http://www.versionone.com)
- Not tried yet.

Trac
- I think everyone knows this, looks like dev is very slow...

Fixx (http://hedgehoglab.com/products/fixx/)
- Looks nice easy to use and lightweight, no version tracking not very
agile either

Still looking for more but I still really like JIRA....
