[Phpwm] Saving snippets of code - Which applications are best?

Hi guys,

Everyone does this differently I know - but what applications do you
regularly use to save your 'snippets' of code that you commonly use? I have
been using Evernote recently although this is useful it isn't really aimed
at primarily storing programming snippets.

What applications (online or offline) do you guys use?
