I'm not entirely sure what you're asking about, but I've dabbled with
the iCalcreator class before ( http://www.kigkonsult.se/iCalcreator/ )
in order to create an calendar feed with events for people to subscribe
to. This was pretty easy to get going, and works well with e.g. Apple
iCal. Don't know that Outlook supports subscribing to calendars in this
way though...
