This also sounds a lot like GeekUp, maybe it'd be worth dropping them a
note?

All the best,

If you've ever heard of things like the Oxford Geek Nights or Pub Standards,
that's what we're aiming for, but a little more social to start with. It's
being organised under the banner of the Multipack, a grass-roots community
of web designers and developers in the Midlands who meet up every second
Saturday of the month in Birmingham.

We've been finding recently that the larger meet-ups that we hold on
Saturdays aren't always convenient to those of us with families or hectic
weekend schedules and, as a result, we're trialling some less formal
week-night meet-ups as well, allowing those in the area to pop in for a
quick beer or two before heading home.

Our first local meeting will be taking place on Tuesday, June 30th from
6:30pm onwards at the White Horse pub on Clarendon Aveune in Leamington Spa.
Details of the event are at
*http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/2923264*<http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/2923264>,
and if you'd like to come, I'd be grateful if you could indicate your
attendance so we can plan for numbers.

If you'd like to find out more about the multipack, please head over to *
