[Phpwm] wysiwig editor

No idea in the slightest but if you find a solution do please share -
pasting from Word is a rather significant bugbear and I have to spend a
significant amount of time either educating users on why not to do it, or
cleaning the infernal hellfire that is caused when they do do it.
