Same problem and no solution here!

If anyone has an answer I'd love to hear it as well!
Word just includes so much junk, which "Save as HTML" just turns into
unusable CSS on a paste.

I've always found Rich Text Editors in HTML to be unpredictable when
pasting anything into them. I certainly haven't come across any. I think
they work best when you just do your work straight into them rather than
starting in Word and pasting.

Only things I can think of really are:

a.. Export it from Word as HTML and then copy and paste the HTML (which
will probably only work in IE)
b.. Export it as a PDF and link to it from the page
c.. Work straight in the editor.

I'm not aware of any other decent solutions, but I'm happy to be
enlightened!

    Hi

We are putting a simple CMS together for a customer, our developers and
customers have run into a problem using the fck editor in the qcodo
framework (big draw backs to this i know). Our client wants to copy and
paste things straight out of word into the editor and not have to reformat
(which is the problem.....)

Does anyone know of any editors that will work in this framework as i'm
pretty stumped. TinyMCE has been treid but we are running into the same
formatting problem after the big "paste".

    Love to hear your thoughts...
