Webcam + Boundary mic + laptop is ideally what you need. A Cheap mic might 
be good enough, but I use one of these :

for "professional work", but without the silly cost. I'm willing to lend 
mine if anybody is going past the uni when going to a meeting. Keep 
meaning to come myself, but life is just getting to busy right now.
