[Phpwm] Sending images to mobile phones

Very vague memories of this but...

...as I remember it you can send via MMS in which case you probably need to
go through a third party gateway, but you're better doing a WAP Push which
you can do by having your own WAP server / SMS gateway (Kannel is what we
used) and pushing direct to the phone.
